Practice
Manager
The practice manager is in charge of administration of the
practice. She will deal with any queries which the receptionists
are unable to answer.
Receptionists
All of our receptionists are trained to deal with your needs.
They make appointments, take messages (including visit requests)
and inform patients of test results (when the doctor has seen
and approved them). Sometimes they will have to ask for details
of your condition in order to assess the degree of urgency.
Such information is dealt with in complete confidence. Please
be patient with them, they are trying to keep everyone happy.
Trainees
We are a training practice. At times registered doctors who
have had extensive hospital experience and hope to become
general practitioners join the practice for six months or
one year to gain an insight into the problems with which we
deal. They are fully trained doctors under our supervision.
