NEW
PATIENTS
Provided
you live within the practice area, you can register with the
practice by calling into reception and completing the registration
forms. All newly registered patients will be invited to attend
a new patient medical check with our practice nurse. This
gives us an opportunity to discuss and update your medical
history.
FEES
Not all services provided by the doctor are covered by the
NHS - for example, HGV medicals, private certificates, private
medicals and insurance forms - and you may be asked to pay
a fee. If you have any queries about fees please ask at reception.
DISABLED ACCESS
The surgery has car parking for the disabled and access to
reception and all consulting rooms on one level. Disabled
toilet facilities are also provided.
