TEST
RESULTS
Please telephone between 12.30 and 1.00pm Monday to Friday
and speak to a practice nurse for results. Results will only
be given to the patient themselves or to the parents of minors.
NHS
WALK-IN CENTRE
If an appointment with a doctor is not available and you feel
that you need to be seen that day, you can be referred to
your local NHS Walk-in Centre. The receptionist here at the
surgery will arrange this for you.
IF YOU MOVE
Please let us know your new address and telephone number as
soon as possible. Our reception staf will be able to advise
you whether you are still within the area covered by the practice.
