URGENT
VISITS
Please
tell the receptionist if you need a visit urgently. She will
tell the doctor, who will probably speak to you directly to
assess the degree of urgency of your call. After 6.00pm weekdays
and at weekends, a recorded telephone message will advise
you how to contact the duty doctor which may be a mobile phone
number. On occasion, the doctors may use a telephone answering
service to pass your message on to the doctor or use a deputising
service at night. The number on the telephone answering machine
at the surgery may change during the course of the evening.
OUT
OF HOURS
Our out of hours service is provided by both Badger and Primecare.
when the surgery is closed, a message is left on the telephone
giving details of who is covering at what time and their contact
telephone number.
